About Me

Hi, my name is Robert Irving Thomas. I’m a freelance creative based in Detroit, Michigan. My work spans across animation, illustration, graphic and product design, content creation, and video production. I love collaborating with passionate people to solve problems in thoughtful, strategic ways.

My creative identity is fun and quirky, just like me. It’s shaped by more than three decades of colorful experiences growing up in a second-generation Jamaican-American household. My parents’ New York roots sparked a lifelong curiosity in me, teaching me to explore, experiment, and appreciate every moment doing something you’re passionate about.

When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my amazing wife, Pookie T, and spending time with my family. I’m a proud hobbyist, always picking up something new. This year, I finished my first comic. I also love cooking, hosting pop-up food events around Metro Detroit, and DJing under my alias, DJ Sniffles.
